This paper presents the results of a study that investigated the roles of both individual level of religiosity and religiosity dimensions play in perceptions of seriousness of different types of crime (violent, property, white-collar, and moral) in Turkey. A questionnaire survey was administrated to 545 Turkish respondents. Ordinary least squares regression methods were used for data analyses. The results of the study illustrate that individual level of religiosity has a statistically positive impact on perception of crimes severity.en_US
