Amyloidosis is a disease that characterized by deposition of an abnormal fibrillary protein in the extracellular area of various tissues and organs. It is more commonly seen in males and in the over 40 age period. Even though immunologic factors are under an immense suspicion, its etiology is still unknown. Amyloidosis is observed in 3 groups as primary systemic amyloidosis, secondary systemic amyloidosis and localized amyloidosis according to its prevalence. Amyloidosis is demonstrated in systemic form generally, but it may be found as localized form in some organs very rarely. Larynx is the most common involved site of localized amyloidosis. In this paper we described very rare form of localized amyloidosis; rhinonasopharingolaryngeal amyloidosis that hasn't been defined in our country previously.en_US
