Özet
In this study, social relations in Malatya city structure in the period of 1991 -2002 has been researched with regard to cooperation and conflict dimesion. The changes in social structure, as structure components, also contains the changes in social relations. During urbanization process, social relations contains changes in term of quality and quantity. In most situation, urbanism is related to the quality characteristic of social relations. In this process, some changes may be expected in the interaction between individuals regarding relations pattern on cooperation! compatibility or conflict/incompatibility. The relative changes in the values which are the essence of human behaviour also provide differentiation of manner cooperation and conflict. Social relations, with this aspect, determine the division of community-society, rural-city in term of socialogical analysis.
