Özet
The present study analyses the spatial correlations between agricultural mechanisation, energy consumption, bank lending activities, and productivity in Turkiye's agricultural economy. The importance of the variables is clear and sheds light on the special strategic decisions not only in productivity, but also in increasing awareness of the farming economy of Turkiye. Spatial Econometric Models are selected to explain the country-based relationships. According to the findings, the per capita agricultural yields are affected by Agricultural mechanisation/Total cultivated area negatively in a spatial context. It means that Turkey's agricultural mechanisation level is low in high-productivity regions; conversely, it is high in low-productivity zones spatially. On the other hand, the agricultural credit ratio has a positive impact on the productivity (per capita agricultural yields) in high and low productivity zones. Besides these, the energy use/total cultivated area variable has no impact on the productivity. The research is one of the first examples for Turkiye regarding agricultural mechanisation, energy use and banking loans with its spatial model and its conclusions.
