With the increasing challenge confronting businesses to develop better systems for providing good and services. Computer simulation is emerging as a powerful decision making tool for achieving significant improvements in the design and operation of manufacturing systems. We decided to write this paper with the hope of removing mystery surrounding simulation by providing practical techniques for managers and engineers who have been too skeptical and perhaps even timid about putting it to use. In a highly competitive manufacturing industry simulation lets you experiment with a computer model of your systein in compressed time giving you decision making capability without disturbing your system. During this workshop, production lines of a factory is modeled and simulated. Multiple replications are made for getting outcomes of the model. Regarding to outcomes of the model, bottlenecks analysis, forklift work distribution analysis arc made. Proposed solutions are made for this production system referring to the analyses of the simulation model outcomes.en_US
