57 numaralı mühimme defterinin 81. ve 146. sayfa aralıklarının transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Mühimme Defterleri, Divan-ı Hümayun'da kararlaştırılan hususlar üzerine padişahın onayı alındıktan sonra düzenlenen fermanların suretlerinin kaydedildiği defterlerdir. Geniş içerikleriyle dönemin siyasi, idari, sosyal ve iktisadi olaylarını aydınlatmaları bakımından tarih ilminde son derece ehemmiyetli kaynakları ihtiva ederler. Hüküm özetleri, transkripsiyon ve değerlendirmesini yaptığımız 57 numaralı mühimme defterinin 81 Ve 146. Sayfa aralığı, h.1127 ila 1201 (m.1718-1786/87) arasındaki hükümleri içerir. Defterde genel olarak Osmanlı Devleti'ndeki menzil teşkilatı hakkında bilgiler, İstanbul'a zahire temininin nerelerden yapıldığı, o dönem Osmanlı Devleti'ne gelen elçiler, bazı vezirlere tevcih edilen sancaklar ile kimlere ne kadar bargir verildiğine dair bilgiler bulunmaktadır. Tezimizde Mühimme Defterlerinin ana hatlarıyla özelliklerine, XVIII. yy. da Osmanlı Devleti'nin genel durumuna, defterin özellikleri ve muhtevasına, hüküm özetleri ve transkripsiyonuna ulaşmak mümkündür. Mühimme Notebooks are the records of the copies of the edicts issued after the approval of the Sultan for the decisions taken in the Divan-ı Hümayun. With its broad content, they contain very important sources in the science of history in terms of illuminating their political and administrative social and economic events.s. The abstracts of judgement which we made the transcription evaluation include the provisions of the 57th Mühimme notebook between h.1127-1201 (m.1718-1786/87). In general, the information about the organization of the Ottoman Empire in the Ottoman Empire, Istanbul, where the provision of the provision of power, the Ottoman Empire at the time, the ambassadors, the sancak given to some ghettos and who is given information on how many horses are given.
