Çağdaş türk seramik sanatındaki figüratif eğilimlerin plastik açıdan incelenmesi

Abstract

Figür, insanın var oluşundan itibaren günümüze kadar gelen, resim ve heykel sanatının en önemli konularından biri olmuştur. Dolayısıyla figür, tarih öncesinden modern döneme kadar geçen süreçte birçok sanatsal alana konu olmuştur. Sanat tarihinde figür, anlatılan veya ortaya konan olayların çeşitliliği açısından son derece zengin bir durum arz etmektedir. Bu figürler, günlük gereksinmeleri karşılamak için kullanılan çanaklara, kendilerini kötü güçlerden korumak için her evin köşesine konulan bir korunma eşyasına ya da bereketi temsilen yapılmış heykelciklere dönüşmüştür. Figürü konu olarak ele alan sanat dallarından birisi de seramik sanatıdır. Seramik, teknik açıdan tanımlamak gerekirse, "çok yüksek sıcaklıkta pişirilmiş toprak" demektir. Uygarlık tarihi kadar bir uzun geçmişe sahip olan seramiklerin üzerine hayvan ve insan figürleri yoğun bir şekilde işlenmiştir. Bu figürlerin işlenmesi çağdaş seramik sanatında da devam etmiştir. Öyle ki, çağdaş seramik sanatının gelişmesinde bu figürlerin ifade biçimleri oldukça önemli rol oynamıştır. Türkiye'de çağdaş seramik sanatının gelişimi Cumhuriyet'in ilanından sonra hızlanmıştır. Bu gelişimde yurtdışına eğitim için gönderilen seramik sanatçılarının ve batılı tarzda açılan okulların önemli katkısı olmuştur. Bunların yanında, çeşitli sanat akımlarından etkilenerek eserler üreten çok sayıda seramik sanatçısının da çağdaş Türk seramik sanatına katkısı yadsınamaz. Yapılan bu çalışmada figürlerin seramik sanatında kullanımı tarihsel dönemler itibariyle kısaca anlatılmış ve Çağdaş Türk Seramik Sanatçılarının figürleri ele alış biçimleri ve üslupları değerlendirilmiştir.

The figure has been one of the most important subjects of the art of painting and sculpture since human existence. Therefore, the figure has been taken as the subject of many fields in the period from prehistory to the modern period. In the history of art, figures are extremely rich in terms of the variety of events that are told or put forward. These figures turned into bowls used to meet daily needs, a protection item placed in the corner of each house to protect themselves from evil forces, or figurines made of blessings. One of the branches of art that treats the figure as a subject is ceramic art. Certainly, ceramics means toprak terra cotta cooked at very high temperature gerekirse. Animal and human figures were intensively worked on the ceramics which have a long history as much as the history of civilization. The processing of these figures continued in contemporary ceramic art. So much so that the expression of these figures played an important role in the development of contemporary ceramic art. After the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey has accelerated the development of contemporary ceramic art. The ceramic artists who were sent abroad for education and the schools opened in western style had an important role in this development. In addition, the contribution of many ceramic artists who are influenced by various art movements to contemporary Turkish ceramic art cannot be denied. In this study, the usage of figures in ceramic art is briefly explained in terms of historical periods and the forms and styles of contemporary Turkish ceramic artists are evaluated.
