Türklerde dayanışma kültürü ve toplumsal empati

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türklerin seciyeleri, karakter yapısı, sosyal yardımlaşma ve dayanışma dinamikleri ile bir arada barış ve huzur içinde yaşamaya imkân sağlayan özelliklerine ve değerlerine değinilerek, "toplumsal empati" hususiyetleri sorgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. İki bölümden oluşan bu çalışmada, literatürde yeni bir kavram olmakla beraber çeşitli disiplinlerin alanına giren "toplumsal empati" kavramına dayanak olarak dayanışma kültürümüzün zenginlikleri gösterilmektedir. Ayrıca Türk kültüründe mihenk taşları olan tasavvuf ehli hazinelerimizden hareketle toplumsal barışa, insana verilen değere ve insan-insana ilişkiye, nefis terbiyesi ve yaratılanı yaratandan ötürü sevmenin felsefesi ile Türklerdeki ideal empati seviyesi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Modernleşme ve beraberinde getirdikleri ile bizden götürdüğü değerlerimize sığınmak kuşkusuz hastalıklı yalnızlığımız ve empati yoksunluğumuzun ortaya çıkardığı umursamazlık ve bananeciliğimizden kurtuluşa giden yolda bize psikolojik ve sosyal açıdan destek olacağı inancı ve savı ile bu çalışma şekillenmektedir. Çalışmanın temelini oluşturması ve anlaşılırlığı açısından birinci bölümde kavramlara değinilmiş, bu çerçevede konumuz kapsamında yer alan kavramların tanımlamaları yapılmıştır. İnsanı, kimliğinden ve kültüründen ayıramayacağımız bilinci ve yaklaşımıyla, Türk toplumu içerisinde doğumdan ölüme kadar insana verilen değer ve insanca kaynaşma, bağ kurma, yardımlaşma ve dayanışma örneklerine de ikinci bölümde yer verilmiştir. Yine ikinci bölümde değerlerimizin kaybolması ve ortaya çıkan kaos ortamında geleneksel kodlarımızda zaten saklı bulunan toplumsal empati davranışına eğilmemizin gerekliliği sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. This study is taking shape with the belief and support of psychological and social support for modernization and to take refuge from our values with what it brings with us, perhaps on the way to salvation from our diseased loneliness and lack of empathy and the lack of empathy. In the first part of the study in terms of forming the basis and understanding of the definitions are mentioned by referring to the concepts. With the awareness and approach that we cannot separate people from their identity and culture, the examples given in the human life from birth to death in human life, value and human fusion, bonding, solidarity and solidarity are given in the second chapter. In the second part, the loss of our values and the necessity of focusing on the social empathy behavior which is already hidden in our traditional codes in the chaos environment is presented.
