Teknokentlerde girişimcilik ekosistemi: Malatya teknokent örneği

Abstract

ÖZET Günümüzde girişimcilik ekosistemi kavramının önemi giderek artmaktadır. İçerisinde kendini besleyen birçok unsur barındıran girişimcilik ekosisteminin ana aktörü ise yenilikçi girişimcilerdir. Yenilikçi girişimciler ekosistemden beslenerek iş fikirlerini ya da projelerini sürekli olarak yeniler ve geliştirir. Bugünün gelişmiş ekonomilerine bakıldığında girişimcilik faaliyetleri ile ön plana çıktıkları görülmektedir. Girişimciliğin gelişmesi bireyleri girişimciliğe teşvik edecek, özendirecek ve destekleyecek güçlü bir girişimcilik ekosisteminin varlığı ile sağlanabilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı girişimcilik ekosistemi kavramını anlamak ve Malatya Teknokent'te yer alan girişimcilerin girişimcilik ekosistemi özelliklerini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Malatya Teknokent'teki girişimcilerle mülakatlar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Girişimcilik, Girişimcilik Ekosistemi, Teknokentler

ABSTRACT Today, the importance of the concept of entrepreneurship ecosystem is increasing. Innovative entrepreneurs are the main actors of the entrepreneurship ecosystem, which has many nourishing elements. Innovative entrepreneurs constantly nurture and develop their business ideas or projects by nurturing the ecosystem. Looking at today's developed economies, it is seen that they come to the forefront with entrepreneurship activities. The development of entrepreneurship can be achieved by the existence of a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem that will encourage, encourage and support individuals in entrepreneurship. The aim of this study is to understand the concept of entrepreneurship ecosystem and entrepreneurs ecosystem characteristics of entrepreneurs in Malatya Technocity.
