Hazreti Peygamber'in anlayışında taaddüd-i zevcât

Abstract

Çok eşlilik konusunun hadisler bağlamında ele alındığı bu çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde Hz. Peygamberin anlayışında taaddüd-i zevcât kavramını ele alıp, onun gerek yaşantısıyla gerekse verdiği mesajlarla konuya açıklık getirmeye çalıştık. Tarihten günümüze toplumlardaki yerine işaret ettiğimiz taaddüd-i zevcât konusunun sebeplerine değinerek konuyla ilgili âyetlerin kısa bir değerlendirmesini yaptık. Çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde ise esas kaynağı olan hadislerde taaddüd-i zevcât konusunu ayrıntılı bir şekilde işledik. Hz Peygamber'in sosyal, siyasî ve hukûkî ve ilmi amaçlarla yaptığı evliliklerin sebep ve hikmetleri üzerinde durduk. Özelikle Hz. Peygamber'in ilk eşi Hz. Hatice ile uzun süre tek eşli yaşamasını ve bu evliliğinde yaşadıklarını ele aldık. Ayrıca Hz. Ali'nin Hz. Fâtıma ile evliyken Ebû Cehil'in kızı Cüveyriye ile evlenme isteği ve buna Hz. Peygamber'in karşı çıkarak bu evliliğe mani olması üzerinde durduk. Hz. Peygamber'in kendisi çok eşli olmasına rağmen kızının böyle bir durum yaşamasına neden izin vermediği üzerinde durup değerlendirme yapmaya çalıştık. Yine çok eşliliğin sebepleri üzerinde de durduğumuz üçüncü bölümde ise; çalışmamızda, çok eşlilik yapmış olan Hz. Peygamber'e gerek kendi döneminde gerekse sonraki dönemlerde ve bilhassa günümüzde yapılan eleştirileri ele aldık. Son olarak çok eşlilik konusuna geleneksel ve modern yaklaşımları vererek meselenin günümüzde ve ülkemizdeki boyutlarına değindik. Anahtar kelime: Aile, Hadis, Hz. Hatice, Hz. In the first part of this study, in which the subject of polygamy is discussed in the context of hadiths, Hz. We discussed the concept of ta'addüd-i zavcât in the understanding of the Prophet and tried to clarify the subject both with his life and with the messages he gave. We have made a brief evaluation of the verses related to the subject by referring to the reasons for the subject of taadüd-i zavcât, which we have pointed out to its place in societies from history to the present. In the second part of our study, we have discussed in detail the subject of ta'addüd-i zavcât in the hadiths, which is the main source. We focused on the reasons and wisdoms of the marriages of the Prophet for social, political, legal and scientific purposes. Especially Hz. The first wife of the Prophet, Hz. We discussed her long monogamous life with Hatice and her experiences in this marriage. Also, St. Ali's Hz. While he was married to Fatima, Abu Jahl's desire to marry his daughter, Juwayriye, and Hz. We focused on the Prophet's opposition to this marriage. Hz. We tried to evaluate why the Prophet himself did not allow his daughter to experience such a situation even though she was polygamous. In the third part, where we also focus on the reasons for polygamy; In our study, Hz. We have discussed the criticisms of the Prophet, both in his own time and in the following periods, and especially today.
