Mihne ve Ahmed b. Hanbel ile Yahyâ b. Maîn üzerindeki etkisi

Abstract

İslâm tarihi, mezhepler tarihi, hadis tarihi, kelam ilmi ve filoloji açısından önem arz eden bir mevzu olan "mihne hadisesinin" öncelikle genel bir tanımı yapılıp, "mihne" kavramının lugat ve ıstılahi manasına değinilecektir. Mihne hadisesinde kritik bir söylem olan "halku'l-Kur'ân" söyleminin dini kutuplaşmaya, siyasi bloklaşmaya, mezhepsel çatışmalara ve toplumsal bölünmelere sebebiyet verdiği, çeşitli yönleriyle irdelenerek ortaya konulacaktır. Çalışmamız giriş ve iki bölümden oluşacaktır. Ayrıca mihne olayının hadisçiler üzerindeki etkisi, Ehl-i hadîsin kendi içerisindeki tartışmalara, cerh-ta'dîl ilmine olan etkisine de değinilecektir. İslâm dünyasında var olan kin, düşmanlık ve nefretin daha da körüklenmesi, önü alınamaz olaylara sebebiyet vermesi çeşitli yönlerden ele alınıp, mezhepçi bakış açısının hatta bağnazlığın ne tür felaketlere sebebiyet verdiği araştırılacaktır. Mihne olayının en önemli söylemlerinden olan halku'l-Kur'ân söyleminin dini dayanağı, siyasi otorite baskısı, mihne karşıtı söylemin dayanağı, bu tartışmanın İslâm dünyasına getirisinin ne olduğu, siyasi bir söylem mi, dini bir söylem mi olduğu tespit edilmeye çalışılacaktır. Hadis otoritelerinden kadim iki dost Ahmed b. Hanbel ile Yahyâ b. Maîn'in mihne olayında takındıkları tavır ve mihne sonrasındaki durumları irdelenip, bu kadim dostluğun yerini ne tür davranışlara bıraktığı mevzuuna değinilecektir.

The mihne incident, which is an important subject in the field of İslâmic history, history of hadith, theology, history of sects, and grammar, will be made a general definition by making use of İslâmic history and hadith historical sources, and the lexical meaning of the concept of mihne will be explained and its meaning will be mentioned. The discourse of the people-Qur'an, which is a critical discourse in the Mihne incident, will be revealed by examining various aspects that cause religious polarization, political bloc, sectarian conflicts and social divisions. Our study will consist of introduction and two parts. In addition, the mihne incident, hadith The effect on the people of the hadith, the discussions within itself, and the effect of the science of cerh ta'dil will also be mentioned. The incitement of hatred, enmity and hatred in the İslâmic world, causing unavoidable events will be handled from various aspects, and it will be investigated what kind of disasters sectarian point of view and even bigotry cause. We will try to determine the religious basis of the popular-Quran discourse, which is one of the most important discourses of the Mihne incident, the pressure of political authority, the basis of the discourse against the mihne, what the gain of this discussion is to the İslâmic world, whether it is a political discourse or a religious discourse. As a result of the attitude of two ancient friends Ahmed b. Hanbal and Yahyâ b. Maîn, one of the hadith authorities, after the mihne will be examined, and the subject of what kind of behavior this ancient friendship has replaced will be discussed.
