This research is a descriptive research oriented to determine the organizational models that are observed at the faculties of education in state universities in Turkey based on the perceptions of instructors. The sample of the study is composed of 309 instructors who work at the faculties of education in related universities that have been selected using the stratified sampling method based on the year of establishment. The data have been obtained using 4-point Likert Type Organizational Behavior Scale composing of 30 items that were adapted into Turkish language by Aypay (2001) after performing the validity and reliability studies. Findings have shown that there is a significant difference among the perceptions of the instructors in terms of human resources, bureaucratic, symbolic and system models based on the establishment year variable in favor of the universities that were established in 2006 or after. Moreover, it has been observed that the politic model has the highest score average while the system model has the lowest score average among the organizational models that were observed at the institutions where the instructors work.
