Özet
Bu çalışmada romatoid artrit (RA) tanısı almış hastalarda yüksek rezolüsyonlu bilgisayarlı tomografi (YRBT) ile akciğer tutulum oranını ve tutulum paternini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçladık. YRBT'de 19 hastanın 15'inde (%78.9) interstisyel tutulum, 5 (%26.3) hastada bronşiektazi saptandı. İnterstisyel tutulum gösteren hastaların 10'unda interstisyel nodül, 6'sında buzlu cam görünümü, 3'ünde balpeteği akciğer ve 2'sinde septal kalınlaşma bulundu.
In this study, we aimed to reveal the rate and the pattern of lung involvement in patients diagnosed as having rheumatoid arthritis (RA) by high resolution computed tomography (HRCT). On HRCT, 15 of 19 (78.9%) patients had interstitial involvement and 5 (26.3%) of them had bronchiectasia. 10 of the patients who had interstitial involvement had interstitial nodules, 6 patients had ground glass appearance, 3 patients had honeycombing and 2 patients had septal thickening.
