İnfertilite Tedavisi Gören Kadınlarda Pozitif Psikoterapi Temelli Eğitimin Psikolojik İyi Oluş ve Umuda Etkisi Amaç: Bu araştırma infertilite tedavisi gören kadınlarda Pozitif psikoterapi temelli eğitimin (PPT) psikolojik iyi oluş ve umut düzeyine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Materyal ve Metod: Araştırma ön test son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneme modeli olarak Kasım 2019- Aralık 2020 tarihleri arasında Batman KDÇHH ve Diyarbakır SBÜ Gazi Yaşargil Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi KDÇHH'de yürütüldü. Araştırma infertilite tedavisi gören 104 kadın (62 kontrol, 42 deney) ile tamamlandı. Veriler Tanıtıcı Özellikler Formu, Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği (PİOÖ) ve Sürekli Umut Ölçeği (SUÖ) kullanılarak toplandı. Deney grubundaki kadınlara 8 oturumluk PPT eğitimi verildi, kontrol grubundaki kadınlara herhangi bir girişim uygulanmadı. Verilerin analizinde sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, ki kare, bağımlı ve bağımsız gruplarda t testi kullanıldı. Bulgular: Deney grubundaki kadınların PPT eğitim sonrası psikolojik iyi oluş (49.35±4.76) ve umut (55.28±5.05) düzeylerinin kontrol grubundaki kadınların psikolojik iyi oluş (40.38±6.06) ve umut (46.16±7.48) düzeyine oranla arttığı belirlendi. Araştırmada, PPT eğitim uygulamasının deney grubundaki kadınların psikolojik iyi oluş ve umut düzeyleri üzerinde istatistiksel olarak önemli bir fark oluşturduğu (p<0.05) saptandı. Sonuç: İnfertilite tedavisi gören kadınlara uygulanan PPT eğitiminin infertil kadınlarda psikolojik iyi oluş ve umut düzeyini artırmada etkili olduğu belirlendi. The Effect of Positive Psychotherapy Based Education on Psychological Well-Being and Hope in Women Receiving Infertility Treatment Aim: This study was conducted to determine the effect of positive psychotherapy-based (PPB) education on psychological well-being and hope levels in women receiving infertility treatment. Material and Method: The research was carried out as a pre-test and post-test control group quasi-experimental model in Batman KDÇHH and Diyarbakır SBÜ Gazi Yaşargil Training and Research Hospital KDÇHH between November 2019 and December 2020. The research was completed with 104 infertility receiving treatment women (62 controls, 42 experiments). The data were collected using the Descriptive Characteristics Form, the Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS) and the Dispositional Hope Scale (DHS). 8-session of PPB education was given to the women in the experimental group and no intervention was applied to the women in the control group. Number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square, t-test for dependent and independent groups were used to analyze the data. Results: It was determined that the psychological well-being (49.35 ± 4.76) and hope (55.28 ± 5.05) levels of the women in the experimental group after the PPB education increased compared to the psychological well-being (40.38 ± 6.06) and hope (46.16 ± 7.48) levels of the women in the control group. In the study, it was determined that PPB education application created a statistically significant difference (p <0.05) on the psychological well-being and hope levels of women in the experimental group. Conclusion: It was determined that PPB education applied to women receiving infertility treatment is effective in increasing the psychological well-being and hope level of infertile women.
