Electrical injury, particularly alternating current, may lead to disease of conducting tissue or to myocardial damage, or even may cause sudden death. In the present case, the authors report a 22-year-old man who sustained extensive upper extremity trauma from a high-voltage electrical injury and manifested clinical signs of left ventricular heart failure.en_US
