Özet
Çalışmada jeoekonominin değişen uluslararası ekonomi politik gelişmeler ışığında tanımı yapılarak, jeoekonomi kavramının kullanımı ve anlamı tarihsel süreçte değerlendirilmekte, ulusal ekonomilerin küresel ekonomide artan karşılıklı bağımlılıklar bağlamında kullandıkları jeoekonomik araçlar ve jeoekonomik stratejiler hakkında açıklamalar yapılmaktadır. Jeoekonomik stratejiler kapsamında küresel ekonomik güçlerin jeoekonomik potansiyelleri çerçevesinde uyguladıkları ulusal ve uluslararası stratejilerin jeoekonomik amaç ve araçlarla ilişkisi değerlendirilmektedir.
In the study, geoeconomics is defined in the light of changing international political economy developments and explanations are made about geoeconomic tools and geoeconomic strategies in the context of national economies. Within the scope of geoeconomic strategies, the relationship between national and international strategies implemented by global economic powers within the framework of their geoeconomic potential and geoeconomic goals and geoeconomic tools are evaluated.
