Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is an uncommon inflammatory subcorneal pustular dermatosis typically caused by exposure to a medication. Several viral infections have also been implicated in its development. We describe herein a rare case of AGEP associated with acute Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in a neonate.en_US
