| dc.description.abstract | Amfizematöz pyelonefrit, gaz oluşturan mikroorganizmalar tarafından oluşturulan, perirenal dokuların ve renal parankimin hayatı tehdit eden nekrotizan infeksiyonudur. Amaç: Biz, bu gözden geçirme yazımızda amfizematöz pyelonefritin etiyo-patogenezi, radyolojik ve klinik bulguları ile tedavisini tartıştık. Sonuç: Amfizematöz pyelonefrit; hayatı tehdit eden bir infeksiyon olduğundan, karın ağrısından yakınan ya da pyelonefritten şüphenilen diabetes mellitüs’ü bulunan vakalarda ayırıcı tanıda her zaman akılda tutulması gereken hayatı tehdit eden bir infeksiyondur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Emphysematous pyelonephritis is a life-threatening, necrotizing infection of renal parenchyma and perirenal tissues caused by gas-forming organisms. Aim: We discussed ethiyopathogenesis, radiological and clinical signs and treatment of emphysematous pyelonephritis in this review article. Conclusion: Emphysematous pyelonephritis is a life-threatening infection that should always be considered in the differential diagnosis for a diabetic patient with abdominal pain or suspected pyelonephritis. | en_US |
