| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algıları ile yöneticilerin liderlik stilleri arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Araştırmada, katılımcıların görüşlerinin cinsiyet, eğitim durumu ve kıdem değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediğine bakılmıştır. Tarama modelindeki araştırmanın çalışma grubu Samsun il merkezinde görev yapan ve araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 200 ilköğretim okulu öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri “Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği” ile “Okul Yöneticilerinin Liderlik Stilleri Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler, bağımsız gruplar için t testi, Kruskal Wallis Mann Whitney U testi ile korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, katılımcıların okullarında örgütsel adalet algıları ile ilgili olarak olumlu görüşlere sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Katılımcıların algıları cinsiyet ve eğitim durumu değişkenlerine göre değişirken, kıdeme göre değişmemektedir. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algıları ile yöneticilerin sahip oldukları dönüşümcü ve sürdürümcü liderlik stilleri arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki vardır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between the leadership styles of the school administrators and the organizational justice perceptions of teachers. The style of leadership of school administrators has a significant effect on the gaining process of organizational justice for teachers. The study group of this research model was formed with 200 volunteer primary school teachers who work in Samsun city center. “Organizational Justice Scale” (Taşdan & Yılmaz, 2008) and “The Leadership Style Questionnaire” (Oğuz, 2008) were used as the data collecting instruments in the study. For the data analysis, descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, Kruskal Wallis test, Mann Whitney u test and correlation analysis were used. According to the findings obtained from the study, the participants had positive perceptions about organizational justice at elementary schools. Their perceptions on organizational justice differ according to branch and educational background, whereas they did not across gender, seniority. There was a significant positive relationship between the organizational justice perceptions of teachers and transactional and transformational leadership styles of school administrators. | en_US |
