| dc.description.abstract | Işık kirliliği ışığın yanlış yönde yanlış miktarda yanlış yönde kullanılmasına ışık kirliliği denir. Bu tezde Eskişehir merkez ilçelerinden 40 farklı nokta belirlenmiştir. Bu noktalardan sqm cihazı kullanılarak ölçümler alınmıştır Bu ölçümler kaydedilerek coğrafi bilgi sisteminde haritalandırılmıştır. Daha önce Eskişehir ilinde yapılan tike projesindeki ölçümler ile haritalar karşılaştırılarak aradan geçen 10 yılda ışık kirliliği değişimi hakkında bilgi edinilmiştir | |
| dc.description.abstract | Light pollution refers to the use of light in the wrong direction, in the wrong amount, and in the wrong place. In this thesis, 40 different points from the central districts of Eskişehir have been identified. Measurements were taken from these points using an SQM device. These measurements were recorded and mapped using a Geographic Information System (GIS). By comparing the maps with the measurements taken in the TİKE project previously conducted in Eskişehir, information about the changes in light pollution over the past 10 years has been obtained. | |
