Özet
Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı açık ve kapalı beceri gerektiren spor branşlarındaki adölesan öğrencilerin karar verme süreçlerini ve fiziksel aktivite düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin branşlara göre benzerliğini veya farklılıklarını ortaya çıkarması amaçlanmıştır. Materyal Metot: Araştırmamıza Türkiye genelinde 176 adölesan sporcu katıldı. Sporcuların fiziksel aktivite düzeyini ölçmek için Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Düzeyi Anketi (kısa form) kullanılmış, karar verme düzeylerini belirlemek içinde Melbourne Karar Verme Ölçeği Anketi kullanıldı. Araştırmamızdaki verilerin istatistiksel analizleri 25.0 SPSS veri analiz programında incelendi. Betimsel analizler, One Way Anova, Bağımsız T testi ve korelasyon analizlerinden yararlanıldı.
Aim: The aim of this study is to reveal the similarities or differences of the relationships between the decision-making processes and physical activity levels of adolescent students in sports branches that require open and closed skills according to branches. Material and Method: 176 adolescent athletes across Türkiye were participated in the study. The International Physical Activity Level Questionnaire (short form) was used to measure the physical activity level of these athletes, and the Melbourne Decision-Making Scale Questionnaire was used to determine their decision-making levels. Statistical analyzes of the data in our study were performed by 25.0 SPSS package program. Withing the scope of the research Descriptive analyses, One Way Anova, Independent samples T-test and correlation analyzes were conducted. Results: At the end of the study, a positive correlation was found between physical activity level and self-esteem decision making style (p<0.05) and a negative correlation was found with panic decision making style(p<0,05). A significant difference was found between the panic and procrastinating decision-making styles of the women in the closed skills branch and the women in the open skills branch (p<0.05). At the same time a significant difference was found between self-esteem, panic and procrastinating decision-making styles of men in closed skills and women with closed skills (p<0.05). when the physical activity level was examined to gender and open and closed skill branch, no significant difference was found between them (0.05
