Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, işbirlikli öğrenmeye dayalı doğaçlama etkinliklerinin öğrencilerin gitar icralarını ve eşlikleme becerilerini ne derecede etkilendiğini araştırmaktır. Bu araştırmada nicel ve nitel yöntemlerden oluşan açımlayıcı sıralı karma yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel boyutunda, öğrencilerin gitar icraları ve eşlikleme becerini ölçmek amacıyla zayıf deneysel yaklaşımlardan tek gruplu ön test-son test deseni uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın nitel boyutunda ise öğrencilerin işbirlikli öğrenme yöntemine ilişkin görüşlerini değerlendirmek amacıyla durum çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, Dicle Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarında öğrenim gören 11 gitar öğrencisi ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın nicel boyutunda, çalışma grubu öğrencilerinin hazır bulunuşluk seviyelerini belirlemek için ön testte, uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan "Gitar Performans Ölçeği" ve "Eşlikleme Değerlendirme Formu" uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın nitel boyutu için uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda hazırlanan işbirlikli öğrenmeye dayalı doğaçlama eğitim programı, gruplar halinde çevrimiçi olarak araştırmacı tarafından yürütülmüştür. Haftanın üç günü gruplarla ayrı ayrı çalışılmış, dördüncü gün tüm gruplarla ortak çalışma yapılmıştır. Çalışma sürecinin tamamı görüntülü ve sesli olarak kayıt altına alınmıştır. On dört haftalık uygulama süreci sonunda son test olarak çalışma grubuna "Gitar Performans Ölçeği" ve "Eşlikleme Değerlendirme Formu" uygulanmıştır. Ön test-son test sonuçları kayıtlı görüntüler doğrultusunda alan uzmanları tarafından değerlendirilmiştir. Uzmanlar arasındaki puan uyumu için kullanılan Kendall'ın Uyum Katsayısı'nın anlamlı olduğu (p<0.05) saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın nitel verilerini elde etmek için alan uzmanlarının görüşleri doğrultusunda hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, çalışma grubu öğrencilerinin gitar icrası ve eşlikleme becerileri ön test-son test puanlarının sontest lehine anlamlı düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür. Buradan hareketle işbirlikli öğrenmeye dayalı doğaçlama çalışmalarının öğrencilerin gitar icralarını ve eşlikleme becerilerini olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Nitel verilerin analizi sonucunda; işbirlikli öğrenmeye dayalı doğaçlama çalışmalarının öğrencilerin çalgılarıyla etkileşimlerini olumlu yönde geliştirdiği, motivasyonlarını arttırdığı, sosyal ilişkilerinin güçlendirdiği ve mesleki yaşantılarına yeni boyutlar kazandırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. The aim of this research is to investigate how guitar education based on collaborative improvisation activities affects students' guitar performances and accompaniment skills. In this study, the exploratory sequential mixed method consisting of quantitative and qualitative methods was used. In the quantitative aspect of the study, a single-group pre-test-post-test design, which is one of the weak experimental approaches, was applied in order to measure the guitar performances and accompaniment skills of the students. In the qualitative aspect of the study, a case study design was used to evaluate the students' views on the cooperative learning method. The research was carried out with 11 guitar students studying at Dicle University State Conservatory. In the quantitative aspect of the study, the "Guitar Performance Scale" and the "Accompaniment Evaluation Form", which were prepared by the researcher in line with the opinions of the experts, were applied for the pre-test to determine the readiness level of the experimental group students. For the qualitative dimension of the research, a semi-structured interview form prepared in line with expert opinions was used. The cooperative improvisation training program, which was prepared in line with expert opinions, was conducted in groups online by the researcher. Three days of the week, groups were studied separately, and on the fourth day, joint work was done with all groups. The entire working process was recorded with video and audio. At the end of the fourteen-week implementation period, the "Guitar Performance Scale" and the "Accompaniment Evaluation Form" were applied to the experimental group as a post-test, and the results of the test were evaluated by the field experts by watching the student videos. Kendall's Coefficient of Concordance, which was used for score concordance among experts, was found to be compliant (p<0.05). In order to obtain the qualitative data of the research, a semi-structured interview form prepared in line with the opinions of the field experts was used. As a result of the research; It was observed that there was a significant difference between the instrument performances and accompaniment skills pretest-posttest scores of the study group students. From this point of view, it has been determined that cooperative improvisation education has a positive effect on the accompaniment and performance of the students. As a result of the analysis of the qualitative data, it was concluded that the collaborative improvisation studies positively improved the students' interactions with their instruments, increased their motivation, strengthened their social relations, and added new dimensions to their professional lives. However, another result of the research is that the results obtained from the qualitative data support the quantitative data.
