dc.description.abstractYaşayan bir varlık olan dilin en önemli unsurlarından biri söz varlığıdır. Söz varlığı; bir dilin geçmişten günümüze beslendiği kaynaklara, sözcüklerin tarihî süreçte gösterdiği değişimlere veya aynılığa dair bize birçok veri sunmaktadır. Bu sebeple söz varlığı ile ilgili birçok araştırma yapılmış ve Türk dilinin söz varlığı ortaya konulmak istenmiştir. Ancak bu araştırmalar henüz yeterli düzeye ulaşmamıştır. Bu çalışmada, söz varlığı sahasına katkı sunmak amacıyla maktel türünde kaleme alınmış iki eser üzerinde ince-leme yapılmıştır. Maktel, katledilen yer anlamına gelmektedir. Hz. Hüseyin ve 72 arka-daşının 680 yılında Kerbela'da şehit edilmesi İslam dünyasını derinden etkilemiş, duyu-lan üzüntü ve ıstırabın etkisiyle bu konuyu anlatan birçok eser kaleme alınmıştır. Bun-lardan biri "Şâdî Meddâh'ın Maktel-i Hüseyn" adlı eseri ve bir diğeri ise "Lâmiî Çele-bi'nin Maktel-i Âl-i Resûl"dür. Çalışmada bu iki eserin söz varlığı tematik olarak detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Her iki eserde toplam 40132 beyit, eserlerde yer alan nesir parçaları ve başlıklar taranmıştır. dc.description.abstractAs a living entity, the lexicon constitutes a fundamental element of language. It provi-des a great deal of data regarding the sources from which a language has been nourished throughout its history, as well as the transformations or continuities that words have undergone over time. Therefore, numerous studies have been conducted on the lexicon, aiming to elucidate the vocabulary of the Turkish language. However, these investigati-ons have yet to reach a satisfactory level of comprehensiveness. In this study, an exami-nation of two works penned in the "maktel" genre is undertaken to contribute to the field of lexical studies. The term "maktel" refers to the site of massarce. The martyrdom of Imam Hussein and his 72 companions in Karbala in 680 AD profoundly impacted the Islamic world, and numerous works were composed to express the grief and sorrow elicited by this event. Among these are " Şâdî Meddâh's Maktel-i Hüseyn" and "Lâmiî Çelebi's Maktel-i Âl-i Resûl. In this study, the lexicons of these two works are themati-cally analyzed in detail. A total of 40,132 couplets were scanned across both works. 32,528 words were identified in ŞM and 10,725 in LM, resulting in a total of 43,253 words, which were then categorized according to their themes.
