| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Bu araştırmada ortaokul ve lise öğretmenlerinin özyeterlik algılarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2017- 2018 eğitim- öğretim yılında, Malatya ili Doğanşehir ilçe merkezinde görev yapan 93 ortaokul, 163 lise olmak üzere toplam 256 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, gönüllü olarak araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 164 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın verileri, TschannenMoran ve Hoy (2001) tarafından geliştirilen, Çapa, Çakıroğlu ve Sarıkaya (2005) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Öğretmen Özyeterlik Ölçeği” ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız gruplar t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (Anova) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulguları, katılımcı öğretmenlerin özyeterlik algılarının “oldukça yeterli” düzeyinde olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Öğretmenlerin özyeterlik algılarının cinsiyet ve branş değişkenleri açısından anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği; mesleki kıdem, çalışılan okul türü ve en son mezun olunan okul türü değişkenleri açısından ise anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir Başlık (İngilizce): ANALYSIS OF SELF-EFFICACY PERCEPTIONS OF TEACHERS Öz (İngilizce): In this research ,it was aimed to determine the self-efficacy perceptions of secondary school and high school teachers. The research is a descriptive analysis in scanning model. The universe of the research constitutes a total of 256 teachers 93 of whom are working at secondary schools and 163 of whom are at high schools in Doğanşehir district of Malatya province in 2017-2018 academic year. The sample of the research constitutes 164 teachers who voluntarily agreed to participate in the survey. The data of this study were obtained by “Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale” developed by Tschannen-Moran and Hoy (2001) and adapted to Turkish by Çapa, Çakıroğlu and Sarıkaya (2005). Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, independent groups t test, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used in the analysis of data. The findings of the study revealed that the participant teachers’ self-efficacy perceptions were at a “fairly adequate” level. The selfefficacy perceptions of the teachers did not show significant difference in terms of gender and branch variables; but there were significant difference in terms of occupational seniority, type of school studied, and type of school last graduated. | en_US |
