| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Çağımızda ve günümüzde, otonom araçların kullanımı artmayadevam etmekte ve son derece teknolojik olarak gelişmiş araç üreten şirketler de artmaktadır. Bunun sonucunda, bu araçların sebep olduğu zararlardan kimin sorumlu tutulacağı konusunda soruların ortaya çıkmasına neden olan bazı kazalar da yaşanmaktadır.Otonom araçlarla ilgili dikkat edilmesi gereken ilk nokta, araçlarınbarındırdığı otonom özelliklere göre farklı seviyelerde otonom araçlarınolmasıdır. Bu çalışmada, otonom araçlarla ilgili farklı sınıflandırmalarüzerinde durulmuştur. Çünkü özerklik düzeyi değiştikçe, zarar ve sorumluluğun türü de değişebilmektedir.Son olarak, bu çalışmada sorumluluğun türünün nasıl tespit edilebileceği konusu incelenmiştir. Bu konuda tehlike sorumluluğu, hayvan bulunduranın sorumluluğu ve üreticinin sorumluluğu konularına değinilmiş ve hangi tür sorumluluğun mevcut hukuk düzenimiz açısından kabul edilmesi gerektiği tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: In this day and age the use of autonomous vehicles continues to soar up and companies that manufacture highly technological advanced vehicles are also on the rise. In consequence of that, there have been some collisions which resulted in questions being raised about who will be held liable for damages caused by these vehicles. The first point that should be highlighted about autonomous vehicles is that there are different levels to autonomous vehicles. The present study will emphasize the different levels to autonomous vehicles because as the level of the autonomy changes, the damages and the liable will also change. Finally, the study will dwell on how the type ofliability can be detected. On this topic danger liability, canine liability and manufacturer’s liability will be elucidated. This study will try to detect what type ofliability will be consistent. | en_US |
