dc.description.abstractKonfeksiyon sektöründe üretim verimliliğini artırmak, endüstrideki rekabeti güçlendirmek için kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Bu verimliliğin artırılmasında kullanılan en önemli tekniklerden birisi iş etüdü yaklaşımıdır. İş etüdü belirli bir süreci mevcut koşullar veya yeni yatırımlar ile daha etkin ve daha ekonomik bir hale dönüştürmek için kullanılır. İş etüdünün iki ana kolu vardır. Bunlar zaman ve metod etüdüdür. Zaman etüdü, belirli koşullarda bir işin yapılma zamanını çoklu örneklemler alarak çözümlenmesi sonucu, belli bir performansta yapılabilmesi için gereken zamanın tespit edilmesidir. Metot etüdü, bir işin yapılışındaki mevcut ve önerilen yolların ergonomik, ekonomik ve uygulanabilirlik gibi koşulları göz önünde bulundurarak sistematik bir şekilde incelenmesidir. Bu çalışma, konfeksiyon sektöründe verimliliği artırmaya yönelik iş etüdü yaklaşımının kullanılmasını temel almaktadır. Bu çerçevede üç farklı yaklaşım geliştirilmiş olup bu geliştirilen yaklaşımlar Refa ve MTM yöntemleri ile değerlendirmeye alınıp iyileştirmelerin analizi yapılmıştır. Malatya Organize Sanayi Bölgesi' nde faaliyet göstermekte olan bir konfeksiyon işletmesinde uygulama yapılmıştır. Uygulama çerçevesinde bir üretim hattı, bir model üzerinde ele alınmıştır. Ele alınan hat üç farklı yaklaşımla alternatif olarak sunulmuştur. Bunlardan birincisi layout değişiminin yapılmasıdır. İkincisi kullanılan kesim pastalının revize edilmesidir. Üçüncüsü ise yapılan operasyonlar için makine otomasyonu yapılmasıdır. Bu alternatiflerin analizleri yapılarak verimliliğin hangi oranlarda artacağı ile ilgili iyileştirmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. dc.description.abstractIncreasing productivity in the textile sector holds critical importance for strengthening competitiveness in the industry. One of the most significant techniques used to enhance productivity is the method of work study. Work study is employed to transform a specific process into a more efficient and economical one, either under current conditions or through new investments. There are two main branches of work study: time study and method study. Time study involves analyzing the time required to perform a task under specific conditions through multiple samples, determining the time necessary to achieve a certain level of performance. Method study, on the other hand, systematically examines existing and proposed methods of performing a task, considering ergonomic, economic, and feasibility factors. This study focuses on the application of work study in enhancing productivity in the textile sector. Within this framework, three different approaches were developed and evaluated using Refa and MTM methods, analyzing improvements. The application took place in a textile enterprise located in Malatya Organized Industrial Zone, focusing on a production line and a specific model. Three alternative approaches were presented: changing the layout, revising the cutting pattern used, and automating operations with machines. The analyses of these alternatives were conducted to assess improvements in productivity and determine the extent of enhancement achievable. Keywords: Efficiency, Method Study, MTM, REFA, Textile
