Özet
This chapter examines attitudes toward bribery in Sub-Saharan Africa. Data were taken from the most recent wave of interviews (Wave 7) of the World Values Survey, which was conducted between 2017 and 2022 in more than 90 countries. Overall, attitude is reported, and various demographic variables such as gender, age, marital status, education level, income level, employment status, sector of employment, social class, religion, position on the political spectrum, happiness, confidence in government, and others are examined to determine whether attitudes differ significantly between subgroups. The study found that some demographic variables were significant, while others were not. © 2025 The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
