| dc.description.abstract | After the searches and investigations of this thesis, it is important to find and to make that stamp is one of the information tools with its historical period and rules, its communication role is investigoted and determined. As a graphic project the stamp must be qualified by the cooperation of post office, printing house and the projector. The catalogue contains the commemoration series of stamps project and after these finds, at the 75 th anniversary of Republic, there is anew proposal came over to publidh new commemoration series of stamps. This thesis has five parts which contains the importance of stamps as a communication tool at Republic Age and the investigation of stamps about Republic and the stamps of the 75 th anniversary of Republic. In the first part, we take care on the history of the stamps kinds of stamps, the esthetics principles of project, kinds of stamp printing and as the communication tool. In the second part, Republic Age and the stamps about Republic investigoted and the aims studied on Republic. And a löo we pointed at the legal and moral progresses at printing of Republic stamps. The third part contains the stamps about Republic and the catalogue. In that part, about thirty-two stamps were investigated and analysed. In the fourth part, we studied on the findvys and evaluation of Republic post stamps. In the fifth part, we put the project of the stamps that will print for the honow of the 75 th anniwersary of Republic and also analysed the projects of stamps. At the end of my thesis I put the conclusion and the bibliography. | en_US |
