Özet
Değişen ve gelişen dünya şartlarında her alanda farklı ilerlemeler yaşanırken yabancı dil eğitim ve öğretim yöntemleri alanında da dil seviyeleri, bunların tespiti, dil gelişim durumunun takip edilmesi gibi konularda uluslararası düzeyde bir takım çerçeveler belirlenerek; bu alandaki eğitim-öğretim faaliyetleri belli bir standarda oturtulmuş ve sonuç olarak bu şekilde hem sürecin takip edilmesi kolaylaşmış hem de faaliyetler daha hızlı ve sistemli bir şekilde gelişmeye başlamıştır. Bu çalışmada ülkemizde ortaokullarda okutulan Arapça ders kitaplarında yer alan 4 temel dil becerisi etkinlikleri uluslararası bağlamda kabul gören ve uygulanan AOBM' ne uygunluğu A1 seviyesi açısından değerlendirilerek incelenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme paylaşıldıktan sonra birtakım önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Çalışmanın bundan sonraki araştırma ve düzenlemelere ışık tutacağına inanılmaktadır. In the rapidly changing and developing world, there are various developments in every area of the world. A number of international frames were decided on the language levels in the field of foreign language education including teaching methods, how it is determined and close follow-up of these developments. Consequently, the education activities carry on making use of the accepted norms all over the world and it becomes easier to follow the education period which also leads to a faster and systematic series. This study analysizes the four basic language skills in the arabic language books which are taught in the Imam Hatip Secondary Schools in Turkey that is compatible for Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Following the evaluation, several recommendations have been made. It is believed that this study will shed light on future research and regulations.
