Erken ve orta adölesan dönemindeki öğrencilerin sağlığı geliştirmeye yönelik eğitim gereksinimlerinin incelenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Öz: Adölesanların kendileri tarafından ifade edilen gereksinimlerin dikkate alınması onların kendi sağlık sorumluluklarını üstlenmelerine yardım etmemizi kolaylaştırabilir. Bu tanımlayıcı çalışmanın amacı erken ve orta adölesan dönemdeki öğrencilerin sağlığı geliştirmeye yönelik eğitim gereksinimlerini belirlemektir. Kasım 2000- Şubat 2001 tarihleri arasında yürütülen çalışmanın evrenini Malatya il merkezindeki iki ilköğretim okulunun 4.,5.,6.,7., ve 8. ci sınıflarındaki 2134 öğrenci oluşturdu. Örneklem rasgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 319 öğrenciden oluştu. Veriler 10 soruluk bir anket formu ile toplandı. Veriler yüzdelik ve Ki Kare ile değerlendirildi Öğrencilerin % 27.6’sı ilköğretim 7. sınıfta, çoğunluğu (% 65.5) 9-12 yaş grubunda ve % 52.7’si erkektir. Öğrencilerin en çok Çocuk Hakları (% 73), Fiziksel Eğitim ve Spor (% 67.7), Acil Durumlarda İlk Yardım (% 67.4), Kazalardan Korunma (% 66.5), Boş Zamanı Etkin Değerlendirme (% 66.1) konularında eğitime gereksinim duydukları saptandı. Cinsel eğitime 13-15 yaş grubundaki öğrenciler (p<0.05) ve erkekler (p<0.01) daha fazla ilgi duyarken 9-12 yaş grubundaki öğrencilerin çocuk hakları(p<0.05) ve kazalardan korunma (p<0.001) eğitimine daha fazla ilgi gösterdikleri belirlendi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: It will be easy to help them to undertaking their health responsibility if we take in to consideration their statements about their needs. The aim of this descriptive study is to determine the educational needs in the aim of developing the health of early and middle adolescence. The study is made between November 2000 and February 2001. Its universe is 2134 students who are at the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th class in two primary school in Malatya. The sample is gathered from 319 with ramdom sampling methot. The data is collected with an inquiry of 10 questions. The data is evaluated by using percentage and chi-square . 27.6 % of the student are in the 7th class, lot of them (65.5 %) are between 9-12 years old and 52.7 % of them are male. It was established that students needs education about children right (73 %), physical education and sport (67.7 %), first aid in emergency (67.4 %), accident protection (66.5 %), effective evaluation of spare time (66.1 %). It has been determined that while 13-15 years old group of students (p<0.05), and Boys (p<0.01) are more interested in sexuel education, 9-12 years old group of students are more interested in children right (p<0.05), and accident protection (p<0.001). | en_US |
