| dc.description.abstract | Kadın konusu tüm zamanların hassas noktası olmasına rağmen bu hassasiyete ancak çok yakın çağda dikkat çekilmeye başlanmıştır. Tezimizde tarihin başındaki kadın prototipi ele alınarak Kur'an döneminde yaşadığı gelişme ortaya konmuştur. Bu sebeple ilk bölümde Antik Yunan'daki kadın algısının mitolojik dayanağını göstermek için tanrı tasavvurları, felsefi dayanağını göstermek için önde gelen filozofların görüşleri ele alınmış; gündelik yaşantıda kadının konumuna bakılmış ve evlilik ve miras gibi kurumlardaki rolleri anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise Kur'an'ı Kerim'in ortaya koyduğu kadın imajının anlaşılabilmesi için evvela onu erkekten ontolojik olarak farklı görüp görmediğine bakılmış, aile içindeki konumu ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda kendisine verilen mehir ve boşanma hakları üzerinde durulmuş, eşlerin birbirleri için ne ifade ettiği ayetlerle açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca Kur'an kadınının herkesten önce elde mülkiyet edinme hakkı üzerinde durulmuş, sosyal yaşama katılımı irdelenmiştir. | dc.description.abstract | Though the topic of girls may be a sensitive purpose of all times, this sensitivity has solely recently been drawn attention to. In our thesis, the event of the girl within the amount of the qur'an is disclosed by considering the feminine paradigm at the start of history. For this reason, within the 1st half, the ideas of god to indicate the mythological basis of the perception of girls in the ancient hellenic republic, and also the views of leading philosophers to indicate their philosophical basis; the position of girls in existence has been checked out and their roles in establishments like wedding and inheritance are tried to be explained. Within the second half, to know the image of the lady disclosed by the qur'an, 1st of all, it's examined whether or not she sees her as ontologically different from the person, and her position within the family is mentioned. During this context, the mahr, and divorce rights given to him square measure stressed, and what the spouses mean to every different is tried to be explained with verses. Additionally, the qur'anic woman's right to possess property before anyone else was stressed and her participation in social life was examined.
