Özet
Bu çalışmada, “Geleneksel Osmanlı-Türk Gazellerinde Terennümlerin Yapısı” adlı yüksek lisans tezinden yola
çıkılarak, Hâfız Sâmi gazellerinde terennüm kelimelerinin kullanımlarına ilişkin çok boyutlu bir analiz
gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulanan analiz sonucunda söz konusu gazellerin biçimsel yapısının çok düzenli olduğu, taksim
ve/veya dizelerin arasında mutlaka terennümlerin yer aldığı, terennümlerin taksim veya dizelerden çok daha uzun
süreleri kapsadığı ve gazellerin form yapılarının içindeki konumlarına göre başlangıç kelimeleri, içerdikleri kelime
çeşitleri, süreleri ve hece sayıları bakımından sistematik kullanımlar sergiledikleri görülmüştür.
In this paper, a multi dimensional analysis is performed in relation to the use of tarannum words in the gazels of Hafız Sami; the masters thesis “Tarannum Structure in the Traditional Ottoman-Turkish Gazels” is taken as the starting point. As the result of the analysis, it is discoverd that these gazels have very regular formal structures, tarannums always exist between the taksims and/or verses and are longer than verses or taksims in time. It is also discovered that tarannums reveal systematic patterns according to their location in the formal structure of the gazels as the words the tarannums start with, the variety of the words that constitute them, their lengths in time and the number of syllables contained in them are considered.
