dc.description.abstractİnönü Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Mikrobiyoloji laboratuvarına gönderilen idrar örneklerinden izole edilen E.coli’lerin antibiyotik duyarlılıkları, Genişlemiş spektrumlu β-laktamaz(GSBL) oranları, servis ve polikliniklere dağılımı incelendi. İzole edilen 475 E.coli suşunun tanımlanması Phoenix BD sistemi ile yapıldı. 475 E.coli’nin 144 tanesinde (%30.3) GSBL pozitifliği saptandı.en_US
dc.description.abstractWe evaluated the antibiotic susceptibilities, Extended Spectrum Beta Lactamase (ESBL) ratios and distrubutions between the policlinics and the services of E.coli strains, isolated from urinary cultures in Inonu University Microbiology Laboratory. 475 E.coli strains have been studied in Phoenix BD. System. We found 144 of them were ESBL pozitive. The percentage was %30.en_US
