| dc.description.abstract | I ÖZET Çyclotrichium niveum endemik bir bitki olup, Malatya ve çevresinde yetişmektedir. Usulüne uygun şekilde toplanan bitkiye kuru ve yaş olarak önce su buharı damıtması uygulandı. Uçucu yağı içeren destilat dietil eter ile ekstrakte edildi. Eter fazı deriştirildi, adsorban olarak silikajel ve 2x60 cm boyutundaki kolon kullanılarak ı?-hekzan: dietil eter ( 20:1 ) çözgen sistemi ile elüe edildi. înce tabaka kromatografisi ile kontrol edildikten sonra benzer fraksiyonlar birleştirilerek iki grup oluşturuldu: LGrupta toplanan aynı fraksiyonların menton, limonen ve hidrokarbon, E. Grupta toplanan fraksiyonun ise saf menton olduğu anlaşıldı. Kolonda yürümeyen madde için kolon boşaltıldı ve silikajel dietil eter ile çalkalanarak madde eter fazına alındı. Daha iyi bir ayırmayı sağlamak için 1x60 cm boyutundaki kolon ve silikajel kullanılarak ö-hekzan: dietil eter ( 3:10 ) çözgen sistemi ile tekrar elüe edildi. Toplanan fraksiyonlar ince tabaka kromatografisi ile kontrol edildiğinde tek bir bileşik ve yapılan analizlerinden de pulegon olduğu anlaşıldı. CH, (+)-Linıonen l-Metfl-4-(l-metiletenil)siklohekzen, 9CI 4-lzopropenil-l-metilsiklohekzen p-Menta-l,8-dien (-)-Menton 5-Metil-2-(l-metiletil)sik]ohekzaııon 2-tzopropil-5-metilsiklohekzanon p-Mentan-3-on Uf CH, (+H>u]egoıı 5-Metfl-2-(l-metiktffiden)siklohekzanon 2-Izopropiliden-5-metilsiHohekzanon Çyclotrichium niveum bitkisinden elde edilen uçucu yağın % 2 sinin limonen, % 1 1,8'inin menton ve % 81,6'sımn ise pulegon olduğu saptanmıştır. Yukarıda izole edilen bileşiklerin ( hidrokarbon hariç ) karakterizasyonları lH NMR, 13C NMR ve GC-MS spektrumlanndan, ve ayrıca standart örneklerle karşılaştırılarak aydınlatılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | n ABSTRACT Cyclotdchittm niveum is known as endemic herb grown in Malatya region and in surroundings. This herb was collected and steam distillation was applied to dried and fresh speciemen the distillate containing volatile oil was exctracted with diethyl ether. Concantrated ether phase was eluated with.o-hexane: diethyl ether ( 20:1 ) using 2x60 cm silicagel column. After TLC control the fractions were combined in two groups: Group I contains menthone, limonene and hydrocarbons, Group II contains pure menthone fractions. The compound which stuck to the column was extracted with ether, and the ether phase was concentrated. In order to obtain an efficient separation silicagel column (1x60 cm) with eluent silicagel.o-hexane: diethyl ether ( 3: 10 ) solvent system was used.
