dc.description.abstractIsolated congenital absence of the alar cartilages and nasal septum is rarely reported. We report here an example for the phenotype of carbamazepine embryopathy with lower lateral cartilage hypoplasia and our surgical approach to solve the nasal problems. This unusual presentation and the literature surrounding infant nasal surgery are discussed.en_US
