dc.description.abstractYapmış olduğumuz bu çalışma platin elementi analogları olan ve kemoterapi sürecinde kullanılan cis-platin,carbo-platin, oxaliplatin ve neoplatinin moleküler yapılarının üç boyutlu çizimlerini kuantum kimyası temelli çalışan gaussian paket programında yaptık.HOMO ve LUMO moleküler orbital değerlerini kullanarak enerji diyagramını oluşturduk ve elde ettiğimiz bu yapıları gaussian paket programında bulunan iki temel metot olan DFT(Yoğunluk fonksiyonel teori) ve HF( Hatree- Fock) metotları ile hesapladık. Bunun sonucunda Eg değerlerine ulaştık. Bulunan Eg değerinin düşük olmasının moleküler yapının daha kararlı bir özelliğe sahip olduğunu göstermiştir. Bizlerde kanser tedavisinde kullanılan cis-platinin daha kararlı yapıya sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaştık.en_US
