| dc.description.abstract | Organofosfor bileşikleri, kimyasal bileşiklerin önemli bir sınıfını oluşturmaktadır. Bu bileşikler fiziksel ve biyolojik özelliklerinden dolayı endüstriyel, tarımsal ve tıbbi alanlarda geniş bir uygulama alanı bulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, fosfor-klor bağı içeren bileşiklerin ?NH2, -OH, -SH fonksiyonel grubu içeren bileşiklerle tepkime şartları incelendi. Tepkimeler sonucunda P-N (5a-e, 11, 17a-e), P-O (3a-j, 9a-h) ve P-S (13, 15, 18, 19, 20) bağı içeren yeni bileşikler sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları spektroskopik yöntemlerle aydınlatıldı. | dc.description.abstract | Organophosphorus compounds are important class of chemical compounds. These compounds have found a wide range of applications in the areas of industrial, agricultural, and medicinal chemistry owing to their biological and physical properties. In this thesis, reaction conditions of compounds containing phosphorus-chlorine bond with ?NH2, -OH, -SH functional groups were examined. At the end of the reactions, new compounds containing P-N (5a-e, 11, 17a-e), P-O (3a-j, 9a-h) and P-S (13, 15, 18, 19, 20) bond have been synthesized. The structures of new compounds were defined by spectroscopic techniques. Diphenylphosphinic chloride (1), thiophosphoryl chloride (7), oktachlorocyclotetraphosphazatetraen (16) were used as compounds containing phosphorus-chlorine bond. | en_US |
