Özet
Bu çalışmada Avrupa İnsan Hakları Sözleşmesi ve Türkiye'deki yeni hukuki düzenlemelerle karşılaştırılarak, Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi karalarında ortaya konulan ölçütlerleri karşılamak üzere yapılan hukuki reformlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu çalışma dört kesim ve 7 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci kesimde araştırma hakkında açıklamalara yer verilmiştir. İkinci kesimde, araştırma konusu bakımından önemli olan kavramlara yer verilmiş, uyum yasaları ve ilerleme raporları incelenmiştir. Üçüncü kesimde ise Türkiye'de insan hakları düzenlemelerinin, Avrupa insan hakları normları bağlamında değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Dördüncü kesimde genel değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur. In this study, European Conventions on Human Rights and legal reforms in Turkey designed to meet the European Court of Human Rights criteria have been focused on comparing new laws and regulations in Turkey. This study has been established in four sections and seven chapters. İn the first section, informations about the study has been given. In the second section, terminology and key words of this study has been dealt with and new law and regulations in Turkey have been focused on. In the third section, human rights law and regulations in Turkey have been compared to European Conventions on Human Rights. In the last section, overall evaluation has been done in the subject of study.
