Özet
Apendiks vermiformis abselerinin pediatrik hastalarda üriner sistem obstrüksiyonu yapabileceği gösterilmiştir. Primer appendiks absesine bağlı intrapeivik kit/e nedeniyle gelişen biiaterai hidroüreteronefroz olgusu sunulmuştur. Özellikle intrapeivik kitlesi olan biiaterai hidronefroziu pediatrik vakalarda apendiks absesi öntanısının da gözönünde bulundurulması gerekmektedir.
It has been demonstrated that appendicea! abscess coutd resu/t in urinary obstruction in pediatric patients. The presented case with an appendicea! abscess causing biiaterai ureterai obstruction dravvs attention to the possibiiity of discovering appendicea! abscess as the primary etioiogy of biiaterai hydronephrosis especially in cases with concomitant intrapeivic mass.
