Özet
Necmettin Erbakan Türk siyasal hayatı üzerinde önemli etkiler yaratmış liderlerden biridir. Erbakan’ın siyasal hayat üzerindeki etkileri yanında, Türkiye’nin demokratikleşmesi ve halkın siyasete katılması anlamında da siyaset hayatı içerisinde çok önemli etkiler yarattığı rahatlıkla söylenebilir. Bugünün dünyasında halkı Müslüman olan ülkelerin belirgin özelliklerinden biri, demokratik siyasal sistemlerin olmayışı olarak görülmekte, Türkiye ise istisnalardan biri olarak durmaktadır.
“Türkiye’de Demokrasinin Derinleşmesi Süreci Üzerinde Necmettin Erbakan’ın Etkisi”nin konu edildiği bu Çalışmada; demokrasinin yerleşmesinde, halkın siyasal sisteme dahil olmasında, siyasal bütünleşmede, radikal ve anarşik eğilimlerden uzak durulmasında, dini temel alan terör hareketlerinin yeşermemesinde Necmettin Erbakan’ın katkıları belirlenecek, 2001 yılından beri Türkiye’de tek başına iktidar olan AK Parti iktidarının böyle bir demokratikleşme sürecinin ürünü olduğu ortaya konularak, Erbakan’ın bu katkısının, 2011 yılı baharında Arap dünyasında ortaya çıkan gelişmelerde Türkiye’nin model olarak görülmesine hazırladığı zemin tartışılacaktır.
Necmettin Erbakan is one of the leaders who has created a major impact on Turkish political life. Besides his effects on political life, Erbakan contributrd to Turkey's democratization process and participation of people in politics. Lack of democratic political systems is one of the fundamental characteristics of Islamic countries, but Turkey is an exception. It may be argued that one reson for that feuture is the positive role played by Erbakan within the political system. In this paper, the influence of Necmettin Erbakan on the democratization process in Turkey will be analysed. It has been argued that Erbakan has created an impact on behaviour of people to participate to the political procees. In this way people who participate to the political system stood away from radical tendencies and they integrated to tha plural political establihments. It is also argued that anarchic and terrorist tendencies have not gained ground between religious groups, mainly, because of the Erbakan’s sucess to keep them within legal politic system. At the same time it will be tried to clarify the role of Erbakan on the rise of AK Parti, which is in power in Turkey since 2002, as well as the mass movements which are ongoing in the almost entire Arab world since the spring of 2011.
