Özet
Bu araştırma Ortopedi hastalarında bakım yükünü belirlemek amacıyla
yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Malatya Devlet Hastanesi Ortopedi ve
Travmatoloji kliniğinde hastalara bakım veren, araştırmaya alım ölçütlerine uyan,
yapılan güç analizinde; %95 güven aralığında, evreni %80 temsil etme gücüne sahip
250 hasta yakını oluşturmuştur.
Araştırmanın evrenini Malatya Devlet Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji
kliniğinde yatan 18 yaş ve üzeri hastalara bakım veren hasta ve yakınları
oluşturmuştur.
Araştırmacının klinikte olduğu günlerde araştırma kriterlerine uyan hastaya
bakım veren hasta yakınları evrenden olasılıksız rastlantısal örneklem yöntemi ile
seçilmiştir.
Çalışmanın verilerinin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından ilgili literatürler
incelenerek geliştirilen hastaya ve bakım verene yönelik hazırlanan tanıtıcı formlar
ve Zarit Bakım Yükü Ölçeği kullanılmıştır.
Bu araştırma, Malatya Devlet Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji kliniğinde
Temmuz 2012-Haziran 2013 tarihleri arasında tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Bu
tarihler arasında servise yatışı yapılmış ve istenilen sayıya ulaşana kadar her hasta ile
görüşülerek örneklem oluşturulmuştur.
Araştırma sonuçlarına göre bakım verenlerin % 68.8 ‘i kadın ,%86.8’ inin
yaşları (18-39) arası olduğu ,%56.8’ inin ilköğretim mezunu olduğu ,%66.8’ inin ev
hanımı olduğu %67.6’ sının çalışmadığı , %69.2 ‘ sinin evli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Hastaların tanıtıcı özellikleri % 46 sının 39-59 yaş arasında olduğu %60 ının
kadın olduğu ,%63.6’ sının ilköğretim mezunu olduğu ,% 96.4 ‘ ünün evli olduğu
tespit edilmiştir. Bakım verenlerin Zarit Bakım Yükü ölçeğine puan vererek
değerlendirilmiştir.
Ölçek 22 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Sorularda hiçbir zaman(0), nadiren(1),
bazen(2), sık sık(3), ve hemen hemen her zaman(4), şeklinde 0’dan 4’e kadar değişen
Likert tipi değerlendirmeye sahiptir.
Puan ortalamaları 24.04± 9.01 olarak bulunmuştur. Bulunan sonuç puan
durumuna göre orta düzeydedir.
Bakım veren kişilerin uzun süre bakıma devam etmemeleri ve bakım verenlere
karşı psikolojik ve maddi destek sağlanmalıdır.
This research is carried out to determine Orthopedic patients, maintenance load. This service has been done between dates have been made, and each with the patient until it reaches the desired point of view sample has been created. Descriptive features of patients: %46 of them are between the ages of 39 and 59. %60 of them are women. %63.6 graduated fom primary school. %96.4 of them are married. Maintenance Maintenance Zarit burden scale respondents described by points are evaluated. Scale consists of 22 questions. Never pick a contestant(0), rarely (1), sometimes (2), often (3), and almost all the time(4), from 0 to 4, ranging up to a Likert-type assessment. As points are averaged 24.04± 9.01 has been found. The result is according to the status points center is second to none. Maintenance people that they shouldn't continue long-term care and maintenance of psychological and financial support must be provided for.
