Özet
This study explores the evolution of Russian foreign policy from traditional Realpolitik to a hybrid model shaped by digital technologies, termed Digitalpolitik. While maintaining classical power tools like military force, Russia has integrated digital capabilities to expand influence, control information, and reinforce sovereignty. Key developments such as the annexation of Crimea, and the invasion of Ukraine illustrate this shift. The rise of cyber diplomacy, AI- driven strategies, and a focus on digital sovereignty highlight a new paradigm. Framed by ideological narratives and institutionalized hybrid warfare, Russia's approach challenges global norms and demands new multi- layered responses from the international community. © 2026, IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
