Birinci bölümde Halvani ve Serahsi'nin hayatları, hocaları, talebeleri, eserleri gibi konular hakkında bilgi verilmiş olup, ikinci bölümde ise müelliflerin el-Mebsut isimli eserlerinin nikah bölümü mukayese edilmiştir. Değerlendirme bölümünde de benzer-farklı yön ve yöntemlere temas edilmiştir. | en_US |

In the introduction chapter, the importance and borders of the subject and in the first chapter, information about the subjects of lives of Halvani and Serahsi's, their masters, their students, their work etc is given. In the second chapter, the part of mariage of Halvani and Serahsi's works named al-Mebsut were compared. And in the evaluation chapter, similar-different aspect and methods were handled. | en_US |
