Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye’de yeni kurulacak bir amatör spor kulübünün bünyesinde oluşturulacak
futbol takımının kuruluş maliyetlerini, bir sezonda oynayacağı on sekiz takımlı bir ligdeki müsabaka
maliyetlerini ve Dernekler Kanununa tabi olan bu spor kulüplerinin İlgili mevzuata göre tutması gereken
defterler, belgeler ve düzenlemeler ile Kurumlar Vergisi, Gelir Vergisi ve Katma Değer Vergisi açısından mali
yükümlülüklerinin neler olduğunu tasnif etmektir. Bu araştırmada, ayrıca yeni kurulan bir spor kulübünün futbol
şubesi örnek olarak çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2014-2015 futbol sezonunda kurulan bir Spor
Kulübünün amatör futbol şubesi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri Türkiye Futbol Federasyonunun 2015-
2016 sezonu amatör futbol liglerinde uygulanacak esaslar kitapçığından alınmıştır. Hesaplanan maliyetler ve
elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar halinde sunulmuştur.
The purpose of this research is to calculate the costs of establishment of the football team in Turkey which will be established within the amateur sports clubs.The cost also include of the ten-team competition (18 Matches) will be played in a league season. This study also aims, to examine these sports clubs according to relevant regulations, documents, Corporation Tax, Income Tax and financial obligations and in terms of the Value Added Tax. In this study, also has been studied as an example of an amateur football team which was established in the 2014-2015 football season as a branch of the sports club. The survey data is taken from Turkey Football Federation Principles which to be applied in amateur football league for 2015-2016 season. The calculated costs and the results obtained are presented in tables.
