dc.description.abstract | With the rapid development of technology, we are exposed to the ease and challenges of the digital age in all aspects. Technological revolutions are leading to rapid transformations in the global system. These developments can also bring crises. Therefore, it is necessary to be prepared for crises in the digital transformation. Anticipating and taking precautions for crises is one of the most important issues in the digital age. Effective tools are needed to rapidly and effectively solve crises through digital processes. This study will address the management of crises in the digital world and convey important notes to the reader on topics such as management, crisis, leadership, digitalization, and the digital age.
