dc.description.abstractİnsanların barınma ihtiyacını sağlayan konut, temel ihtiyaçlar arasında yer almaktadır. Konut sahibi olmayan ve kirada oturan hanehalkı reislerinin aylık gelirleri içindeki en yüksek gider kalemlerinden biri kiradır. Bu yüksek gider kaleminin ailede bulanan bireylerin yaşamlarını olumsuz etkilemesi nedeniyle konut sahipliğini etkileyen faktörlerin araştırılması önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, hanehalkı reislerinin konut sahipliğini etkileyen faktörleri araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla Malatya kent merkezinde yaşayan 410 hanehalkı reisine uygulanan bir anket ile toplanan veriler kullanılarak logit model tahmin edilmiştir. Konut sahipliğinin belirleyicilerinin tespit edilmesi amacıyla yapılan logit model analizi sonucunda; hanehalkı reisinin evli olması, aylık gelirin logaritması ve yaşındaki artış konut sahipliğini olumlu yönde etkileyen faktörler olarak saptanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractHousing that provides shelter needs of people, is one of the basic needs. One of the highest expensive items in a monthly income of household heads who were tenants and not own a house is the rent. It is important to investigate the factors affecting the ownership of housing due to the negative impact of this high expense item on the lives of individuals in the family. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the ownership of housing by household heads. For this purpose, logit model has been estimated using data collected with a questionnaire applied to 410 head of households living in Malatya city center. As a result of analysis of the logit model that has been done in order to identify the determinants of housing ownership, the marriage of heads of households, the log of monthly income and the increase in the age has been determined as factors that positively affect the ownership of housing.en_US
