Settlement area wasdetermined to be a lifestyle feature significant for parasitepositivity (p<0.05).Conclusion: It was concluded that intestinal parasiteswere common among children in Ordu province, due tothe detection of intestinal parasites (51.2%) in more thanhalf of the children constituting the sample in the study. Inline with this, educations should be organized about thetransmission of parasites to children and ways of protection against transmission.
