Özet
Bu çalışmada,Türkiye'de temelli STK'ların insan hakların korunmasında ve geliştirlmesindeki rolü belirlemeye gayret edilmiştir.Geçmişte ve günümüzde sivil toplum ve insan hakları açısından Türkiye'nin içinde bulunduğu durum değerlendirilmiştir.Bu çalışma 4 kesim ve 9 bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci kesimde araştırma hakkında açıklamalara yer verilmiştir.İkinci kesimde, araştırma bakımından önemli olan insan hakları,sivil toplum kuruluşları kavramları irdelenmiştir.Üçüncü kesimde ise Türkiye'de, STK'ların insan haklarının korunmasındaki rolü belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Dördüncü kesimde genel değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir.
In this study, the role of rights-based NGOs in Turkey, protection and improving of human rights have been tried to determine. The situation in which Turkey is involved in the past and nowadays has been determined in terms of civil society and human rights.This study has been established in four sections and nine chapters. In the first section, informations about the study have been given. In the second section, the research topics that are important in terms of human rights, civil society, NGOs have been examined. In the third section, the role of NGOs in protecting human rights has been tried to determine. In the last section, overall evaluation has been done in the subject of study.
