Effects of aflatoxin B1 on weight of total body and different organs in rabbits

| dc.description.abstract | Bin this study, we used 30 male New Zeland rabbits strain (Oryctolagus cuniculus huxleyi). The rabbits were groupped as A. B. C groups and given 0.005, 0.0075 and 0.0010 mg/kg/every other day respetively. None of istatistically differences found between groups according to weight of total body, right suprarenal gland, left and right kidney, heart, stomach, and salivary glands. On the other hand it was determined istatistically differences between groups' weight of left suprarenal and lung. Data were compared and discussed with literature. © TÜBITAK. | en_US |
