Özet
Bir polis müfettişi açısından delil eksikliği nasıl bir problem ise; bir
araştırmacı açısından da araştırma alanındaki bilgi eksikliği, bir problemdir.
İster özel sektörde, ister kamu sektöründe olsun alandaki bilgi eksikliği
kurumlarda karar almayı veya alınan kararlar doğrultusundaki uygulamaları
başarısız kılmaktadır. Bu noktadan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı, “Bir
bilimsel araştırmada veriler nasıl elde edilir?” veya “Bir bilimsel
araştırmada doğru bilgiye nasıl ulaşılır?” sorularına yanıt verecek çözüm
yollarını ortaya koymaktır.
Bu araştırmanın paradigması teorik araştırma; veri analizi ise nitel
araştırma yaklaşımıdır. Bu nedenle çalışmada belirli kavramlar tanımlanmaya
çalışılmış ve bunun yanında metodolojik ve epistemolojik olarak önemli
ilkelere yer verilmiştir. Nitel olarak da bilimsel bir araştırmanın özellikleri
sıralanmıştır.
Yöntem olarak araştırmada ikincil veri analizi araştırma
yönteminden yararlanılmış ve bu çerçevede yerli veya yabancı ikincil veri
kaynakları taranmıştır. Ayrıca bilimsel araştırma alanındaki çalışmalar
sentezlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
Araştırmada bilimsel araştırma ile ilgili problematik bileşenleri
tanımlanmış ve araştırma işlem basamakları ile ilişkileri ortaya konulmuştur.
Araştırma bu biçimi ile araştırma projesi hazırlama ve araştırma raporu
yazma konusunda teorik bir çalışma olarak düşünülebilir.
A police inspector in terms of how a problem is a lack of evidence, the lack of information in an area of research is a problem for the researchers. Regardless of whether it is public sector or private sector, scarcity of information in their area result in unsuccessful decisions and failures in the implementation of these decisions. The aim of this study is to lay out solutions in order to answer the questions “how data should be collected in a scientific research” or “How a true information can be reached in a scientific research”.The paradigm of this research is theoric research; the method of data analysis is qualitative research method. Therefore, in this study certain concepts are tried to be defined in addition significant methodological and epistemological principals are used. And qualitatively the properties of scientific research is indicated. As a method secondary data analysis research method is utilized and within this scope national and international secondary data resources have been scanned. In addition synthesis of scientific studies have been presented. In this research compounds of the problems about the scientific are defined and their relations with research steps are laid out. In its existing form, this research can be considered as a theoretic study about preparation of research project and writing a research report.
